You can pay for your order using any of the following payment options at checkout:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary between $10 and $30, depending on your loctaion. 

At EDEN & CO we try to process and ship all orders as soon as possible (within 1-2 working days). However, some products such as personalised or size-dependent jewellery may take slightly longer as they need to be manufactured and customised on order.

 Once an order has been processed and handed to our couriers, delivery normally takes between 1 and 10 working days via FEDEX International Priority shipping.

Bespoke products such as engagement and wedding rings can take up to 20 working days to manufacture.

Although we try our best to ensure that the product you will receive looks exactly like the pictures on our website, please remember that pearls are natural products. Therefore, little deviations in colour and small marks/scratches are part the authentic character of natural materials.

Bespoke Jewellery customers will receive a 3D render, which will have to be signed off before we begin manufacturing.

Clean your jewellery with any good jewellery cleaner, warm water and a soft cloth. We have jewellery cleaner available which can be purchased via email at info@proudlyeden.com

Please take proper care of your jewels. Keep them away from strong chemicals and don’t unnecessarily expose them to soaps and liquids. 

Fortunately genuine precious metals are easy and cheap to clean.
