Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing: Here at EDEN & CO (www.global.proudlyeden.com), we’re dedicated to swiftly processing and dispatching your orders. Due to the customised nature of our products and the fact that every product is carefully made by hand, please allow up to 5 business days for order manufacturing before we send out your items. However, we will try our best to have your order ready for shipment within 1 business day.
2. Shipping Methods:
We offer dependable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Your order will be shipped via FEDEX INTERNATIOAL PRIORITY and will take 5-10 business days to be delivered.
3. Shipping Rates:
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. All VAT and Import taxes & duties that may be charged by the destination country are for your own account.
4. Delivery Time:
International delivery takes between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the customer’s location.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This way, you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will contact you to obtain the correct address. Additional shipping fees may be applicable for re-sending. If we can’t reach you or have the parcel delivered within two attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and the order will be refunded as soon as the parcel is received by our Head Office.

If you need to modify your shipping address or method after placing an order, please contact us promptly. Changes can be accommodated if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
